The development of the mobile Kaikukortti workshop in Kokkola October 3rd, 2023
A mobile version of Kaikukortti has been requested alongside the cardboard Kaikukortti. Come join us and make sure that we develop a nice and functional mobile Kaikukortti together. We want to hear your point of view too. You do not need special digital skills to participate in the workshop.
For whom
We invite Kaikukortti holders, Kaikukortti distributors, operators of Kaikukortti events and representatives of wellbeing service counties , as well as other operators interested in Kaikukortti and cultural well-being.
Time
Tuesday the 3rd of October 2023 from 9 am to 4 pm
You can participate in both parts of the workshop day or only one. In the morning part, the mobile Kaikukortti's features are conceptualized from the cardholder's point of view, and in the afternoon, ideas are put together for implementation.

Location
Kokkola Hall in the Kokkola City Hall. Address is Kauppatori 5, 67100 Kokkola, tel. 06 8289 111. The entrance is at the end of City Hall on the Kauppatori side, Layout of the town hall and parking (go to the visitkokkola.fi page)
Registration
Please register for the workshop via the form (you go to the Google Forms).
The last day to register is 25th of September 2023. The event can initially accommodate 40 people.
Language of the event
The main language of the event is Finnish.
Accessibility
The event has an induction loop. If you need interpreting, for example written interpreting, sign language interpreting OR Finnish-English interpreting, please indicate your need on the registration form no later than September 14, 2023. Please also let us know in the form if you have other needs or wishes related to the accessibility of the event.
Kokkola Hall is located on the 1st floor of the city hall, opposite the info point. Movement in the premises is barrier-free, and there is also a barrier-free toilet.
