Diversity training working languages: English, Finnish Olesia Kova is a Helsinki-based sound artist, DJ and cultural producer. She has collaborated with prominent art institutions, developing educational projects for Cultura Säätiö, Ateneum Art Museum, Artsi Art Museum, and the City of Helsinki. Additionally, she has experience as a theatre producer, having worked at Alexander Theatre with Susanna Leinonen Company. Recently, Olesia has focused on sound design for theatre productions, including work for the Finnish National Theatre and KokoTheatre as part of the Toivola Festival. In 2025, Olesia was elected to the Helsinki City's culture department (Helsingin kaupungin Kulttuuri- ja vapaa-aikalautakunta) where she will be working during the next council season 2025-2029.

Olesia is a certified Cultural Diversity and Sustainable Development Dialogue Cards workshop facilitator.

Olesia has done DEI work with: Oulu 2026, Kauniaisten kansalaisopisto, Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture.
