Disability Arts International is a website and regular digital newsletter developed and coordinated by the British Council. Disability Arts International aims to promote the work of the exciting generation of excellent disabled artists, disabled-led companies and inclusive arts organisations.

Europe Beyond Access

Europe Beyond Access will support disabled artists to break the glass ceilings of the contemporary theatre & dance sectors. The core partners of the project are British Council (operating for this project in the UK and Poland), Onassis Stegi (Greece); Holland Dance Festival (The Netherlands), Kampnagel (Germany); Per.Art (Serbia), Skånes Dansteater (Sweden), Oriente Occidente(Italy). It is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Commission.

Finland 100 – In Rainbow colors

Finland 100 – In Rainbow Colors is a culture, art and information project with the aim of raising awareness on the history of sexual and gender minorities (LGBTIQ) as part of the national narrative of an independent Finland. The project collects new information about the everyday life and history of LGBTIQ minorities and highlights current art and culture produced with a queer perspective.

KolibrÍDEA

KolibrÍDEA is a collection of cultural resources for the plurilingual childhood in Finnish, Swedish, Spanish and Portuguese. This collection is an idea bank about freetrends, activities and events which are mainly related to children’s literature, music, arts, sciences and other challenging ideas that you can make at home. KolibrÍDEA is a production of Kultturikeskus Ninho ry.

The project Multilingualism and diversity as a resource in the cultural field – employment and integration through literature in the Nordic Countries works in the area of multilingual literature. The project will support the inclusion of non-dominant language literature in the Nordic literary field from the point of view of both authors and readers.
