  • Avaus - Opening. Becoming an agent in the field of arts and culture in Finland

    Avaus - Opening. Becoming an agent in the field of arts and culture in Finland (2017-2020) was a project which supported the participation of artists and cultural workers of non-Finnish origin or background in the Finnish arts and culture scene. The project was carried out together with the Center for Cultural Policy Research Cupore and Globe Art Point, and it was supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the National Agency for Education.

  • Diversity Agent Course

    In 2019, Culture for All Service, Globe Art Point and the Center for Cultural Policy Research Cupore organize a Diversity Agent Course for cultural workers and artists of non-Finnish origin or background. The course is part of the project Avaus and supported by the National Agency for Education.

  • Diversity agent 2.0 course and online diversity clinics

    In August 2021, a new Diversity Agent Course 2.0 and Diversity Clinic project was launched in the Culture for All service. The project partner is Globe Art Point ry.

  • Matkalla – On the go! Mentoring artists and educating gatekeepers to pave career pathways of disabled artists

    Matkalla - On the go! Mentoring artists and educating gatekeepers to pave career pathways of disabled artists is a kickstart project funded by Kone Foundation. The aim is to prepare models to promote the inclusion of disabled and Deaf artists in the art field. Potential tools are artists’ mentoring or peer support and learning among colleagues, as well as educating gatekeepers on disabled people’s issues and diversity, and creating a network around the topic.

  • Finland 100 – In Rainbow colors

    Finland 100 – In Rainbow Colors is a culture, art and information project with the aim of raising awareness on the history of sexual and gender minorities (LGBTIQ) as part of the national narrative of an independent Finland.  The project collects new information about the everyday life and history of LGBTIQ minorities and highlights current art and culture produced with a queer perspective.
  • Culture - Inclusion - Participation

    Culture for All participates in a learning partnership "Culture - Inclusion - Participation" in 2013-2014. The project is financed by the Grundtvig programme of adult education, which is part of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union.

  • Multilingualism and diversity as a resource in the cultural field

    The project Multilingualism and diversity as a resource in the cultural field – employment and integration through literature in the Nordic Countries (2016-2018) worked in the area of multilingual literature. The project supported the inclusion of non-dominant language literature in the Nordic literary field from the point of view of both authors and readers.

  • The Forum of Equality in Culture

    The Culture for All Service organizes every third year a forum on a specific theme for discussing questions concerning culture and equality. The first one is The Forum of Equality in Culture: Accessibility 3.0 and it will be arranged 2-4.11.2016.
