Pablo Alvarez (he/him)
Pablo has over international experience in culture, arts, and social work. He works at the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services in integration support and is a board member of Helsinki Talentia Union. His practice focuses on participatory art, collective learning, and inclusive community development, promoting health, equity, and well-being.

Pablo has more than 20 years of local and international experience in culture and the arts. He currently works for the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services in integration support and serves as a board member of Helsinki Talentia – the Union of Professional Social Workers, where he promotes and protects professionals in the fields of social work, social welfare, and early childhood education.
He specializes in individual and community development, using participatory art and creativity to promote health, well-being, and inclusion. In addition, he designs sustainable educational and service models for both small and large organizations. His projects integrate concepts such as art as social practice, collective learning, non-hierarchical education, institutional imagination, and experimental mediation.

Pablo has led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives with several organizations, including the City of Helsinki, Culture Kids, the City of Kauniainen, the University of Helsinki, and Finnish Hospital Clown, among others.
