The Kaarsilta Biennale will take place in 2019. The Biennale is open to all artists. The exhibition's artists are chosen by a jury. The aim of the event is to present a wide range of art, with an emphasis on special art and the participation of artists with special needs. Kaarsilta Biennale's goal is to make the art field more equal.
