Museums in Tampere and Helinä Rautavaara Museum organize an education for museum workers at the project Museo turvapaikkana (Museum as asylum) in Vapriikki Museum Centre on Thursday 30 November.

In the project, 15 museums across Finland have been working with asylum seekers for almost two years. In the course of education, we will hear what kind of practices and experiences in different museums have been taken in these years and reflect on the role of the museum as an inclusive actor, as well as the accessibility and role of the museums in integration. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and think new.
