AINE GOES QUEER – Seminar in Tornio Friday 25, August 2017
The seminar AINE GOES QUEER presents the queer perspective on the museum work at The Aine Art Museum in Tornio Friday 25, August 2017 (10 Am – 4 Pm).
Speakers of the seminar include J.A. Juvani, art historian Oscar Ortiz-Nieminen, conservative curator and contemporary art critic, and feminist and critic Rebeka Põldsam, Swedish art historian, museum director Patrik Steorn, and Rita Paqvalén, director of the project, Finland 100 - In Rainbow Colors. Museum Director Katriina Pietilä-Juntura comments on the welcome greetings of the event.
A written greeting by President Tarja Halonen opens a seminar.
The languages of the free seminar is in Finnish, Swedish and English.
