Mutanttikieltä Electro Poetry Night in Jyväskylä on 19 October
Sivuvalo project and Multicultural Center Gloria will host a Mutanttikieltä Electro Poetry Night in Multicultural Center Gloria, Jyväskylä (Matarankatu 6 A 1) on 19 October from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Mutanttikieltä is an experimental language program created by Sivuvalo project in 2015. It looks to acknowledge the problematic of literary translation as a core subject for writers in times of Diaspora: The right to be listened, the right to be read. Which will be the literary corpus in the following decades, in which languages?
Poets on stage: Ahmed Zaidan (IQ), Rosamaría Bolom (MX), Daniel Malpica (MX), Sahar Abdomalekian (IR).
Music: Abhisek Nakarmi (NP) ja Farshad Sanati (IR).
