Kaikukortti offers free entrance to cultural services for people with low income in the Kainuu region
Planning of Kaikukortti piloting in Kainuu region is starting in September. Kaikukortti is piloted in the city of Espoo during 2015 and in Kainuu region during 2016.
With the Kaikukortti it is possible to obtain free admission tickets to cultural events within the Kaikukortti network in Kainuu. Through Kaikukortti new forms of cooperation between social and cultural sector are created.
Kaikukortti is coordinated by Culture for All Service which is run by the association “For culture on equal terms”. Exact translation of Kaikukortti is echo card, but the word Kaiku refers to Finnish words kaikille kulttuuria a.k.a. culture for all.
