Dance with me! performance by the Theatre of the Visually Impaired is a study about dance and audience development project. The actors of the Theatre of the Visually Impaired tell during the performance, what does the dance feel like, what it is and how you can talk about it to a person, who has never seen dance.
Three men and three woman, three blind since they were born and three with weakened sight have studied African dance, contemporary dance, Argentine tango and ballet during this project 2014-2015. The have written down their feelings and the script of the performance is based on these notes. The notes have also been very important to develop the audio description of dance.
After the performance the audience gets to dance.
