A project for improving the possibilities of people with low incomes to participate in cultural life starts in Finland
Culture for All Service starts in September 2014 a project which aims to improve the possibilities of people with low income to participate in cultural life.
The project creates new forms of partnerships between social and cultural organizations and brings culture closer to new audiences. The project work involves planning and testing models, through which it could be possible to get entrance tickets for free or with very low price to different cultural services.
