The Culture for All Service is looking for a subtenant to the Cabel Factory
We are looking for one subtenant, preferably a cultural organization or collective. We can offer a spacious office room for 1-2 people.
The rent is 400 e (incl. VAT). The rent includes electricity, cleaning, wireless internet access and the possibility to use the kitchenette and the meeting room.
The office is accessible and can be reached by a spacious elevator. The office does not have an accessible toilet, but an accessible toilet can be found on the first floor (staircase C) of the Cable Factory. One of our employees has an assistance dog.

The office is located at the Cable Factory, the address is Tallberginkatu 1, staircase D, 5th floor. We share our office with Ooppera Skaala.
The Culture for All Service supports cultural actors in issues related to accessibility and diversity. The aim is that different identities, diverse audiences and minority groups are taken into account within the field of arts and culture.
