The Culture for All Service is looking for a subtenant
The Culture for All Service will move to the Cabel Factory (Tallberginkatu 1, D, 5th floor) in May and we are looking for a subtenant starting 1.6.2013.
We are looking for one subtenant, preferably a cultural organization or collective with 3-4 people. We can offer 1 office for 2 people, 1 office for 1 person and 1-2 additional working posts in the lobby.
The rent is 300-1100 e (incl. VAT) depending on the amount of space needed. The rent includes electricity, cleaning and the possibility to use the kitchenette and the meeting room. Additional to the rent we can agree to share the internet access and other services.
The office is accessible and can be reached by a spacious elevator. The office does not have an accessible toilet, but an accessible toilet can be found on the first floor of the Cable Factory. One of our employees has an assistance dog.

The Culture for All Service (www.kulttuuriakaikille.fi) supports cultural actors in issues related to accessibility and diversity. The aim is that different identities, diverse audiences and minority groups are taken into account within the field of arts and culture. The service has started its operation as a part of the Finnish National Gallery. It will start its new life as an independent organization in the Cable Factory.
