The Culture for All service is looking for subtenants at the Cable Factory
We are offering partially furnished workspaces for rent in our cozy cultural office at Cable Factory (Kaapelitehdas), starting June 1, 2026. The office will be a working place to four employees of the Culture for All service and two (children’s book) illustrators starting in June. We are primarily looking for cultural sector individuals/organizations to join our office. The space is particularly well-suited for office work.
We have 2–3 working rooms or 4 workstations available. The rent for a working room is 400–500 euros per room, and the rent for a workstation is 250–400 euros. The rent includes limited use of the meeting room, as well as use of the kitchen, electricity, cleaning, and a wireless internet connection.
The office is accessible and can be reached via a large elevator. The office does not have an accessible restroom, but one is available, for example, in the basement of the same building. The Culture for All service of the Association for Equal Culture acts as a national expert and influencer in the arts and culture sector.
