Sanni Virta as a project coordinator in Culture for all Service

Sanni Virta has started to work in Developer Squad – the Power of Art Combating Discrimination, Stigma and Poverty project.

Sanni Virta was awarded The Arts and Culture Champion Professional award by the Trade Union for Art and culture Professionals (TAKU) based on advocacy work for equity in music industry. Holding two Master’s Degrees in Sibelius Academy, the University of the Arts Helsinki (MuM & MA) she will start her doctoral studies in 2026 about accessibility in higher arts education. Previously she worked in Artist’s Magic Wand – Deaf and Disabled Artists as Equal Contributors (2025-2026) -project funded by Kone Foundation.
