Finnish Cultural Foundation’s prize to Veli-Pekka Lehtola

Veli-Pekka Lehtola, professor emeritus of Sámi culture and non-fiction writer, has received a 40,000 euro prize from the Finnish Cultural Foundation. The prize was awarded to Lehtola for his significant work in making the history of the Sámi people visible.
