Anti-racist network for the arts and culture sector (ARVO network)
The ARVO network is an initiative bringing together organisations and professionals in the arts and culture sector, with the aim of promoting equality in the cultural field. Collaboration and the sharing of experiences are at the heart of the network.
The network welcomes arts and culture professionals, employees of arts and cultural institutions, representatives of organisations, and public authorities (e.g. national and local government). The ARVO network is a voluntary network. Membership is free of charge and signing up is non-binding. You may leave the network at any time.
The organisations initiating ARVO network are The Ministry of Education and Culture, the Finnish Arts and Culture Agency, The Culture for All Service, City of Oulu / Oulu for All project, The Finnish Heritage Agency and Globe Art Point.
