X Dance Festival 3.-8.6., Helsinki
In 2025 X Dance Festival is happening on 3.-8.6. The festival venue will be Cultural Centre Caisa. In the festival program there will be many things to see and experience: performances, workshops, dance short films, panel discussions, audience discussions and get-together events. The festival’s artistic director is the chair of Kaaos Company’s board, Silva Laukkanen.
Founded in 2016, the X Dance Festival is a biennial event celebrating dance through inclusive practices, fostering innovation, and encouraging creative exploration. By embracing diverse movement experiences and ways of being, we inspire individuals to break through traditional boundaries and redefine concepts of the body and dance. Our mission is to cultivate connections, promote unity, and strengthen community ties within the dance field.
