Framework of Actions on Diversity and Inclusion in the Audiovisual Sector
European Social Partners have published 2025 a Framework of Actions on diversity and inclusion in the audiovisual sector (FoA). It outlines recommendations on sector entry, inclusive workplaces, on-screen diversity, and monitoring.
The FoA is available in 11 languagues: English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Czech, Hungarian, Portuguese and German.
Recommendations are grouped in four chapters that address:
- the pathways into the sector,
- inclusive workplaces and work processes,
- diversity on screen, and
- monitoring processes.
