Diversity bridgers
Introducing The Culture for All Service’s diversity bridgers
Diversity bridgers are municipality workers and professionals working in arts and culture institutions and/or municipalities. They have a passion for art and culture and have a strong motivation to implement diversity and anti-racist practices in their daily work and with their communities. As change makers and organizers, diversity bridgers offer ways to reflect, to connect, to develop tools, and to implement ways we can work towards a more equitable society and to dismantle structural racism.
