Adventures in Languageland - Book launch and seminar 3.4.2019 (at 15-17.30) | Espoo City Theatre
Klockriketeatern has studied for several years multilingualism as an artistic practice and as a technical solution in the context of theatre. As a result of this work we have gathered thoughts and experiences of ours and others in one book – Adventures in Languageland.
How do we understand spoken text? How does the message reach audience despite the language and by what means? In the book we present creative solutions for making multilingual theatre.
In the seminar we discuss about multilingual theatre, the latest technological options and trends in Europe and about research conducted in the field.
