Job Shadow Day April 25, 2018
Job Shadow Day is an European day for persons whose life situation or disability makes it harder to find work. During the day employers give jobshadowers the opportunity to familiarize themselves with a job that interests them. Jobshadowing is especially suitable for young people, who are about to choose what to study since finding the right job is a good start.
Job Shadow Day is not job search, it is actors participating to promote the avareness of the knowhow and motivation to work among people with special needs.
