The search for grants for inclusive projects of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 will start on 12 February 2018
The National Board of Antiquities declares applications for grants to participate in the inclusive projects of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018. The search begins on February 12, 2018 at 9.00 and ends on March 12, 2013 at 3.00 pm. This grant is intended to develop new forms of action to promote interaction and the involvement of individuals and communities in the cultural heritage. As a result, the availability and accessibility of cultural heritage will increase.
Grants are awarded for co-operation projects involving communities, NGOs and museums. Tit is hoped to see broad and as early involvement as possible by relevant audiences. It is hoped that the grants to be awarded will generate projects and events that will highlight the European Cultural Year 2018. The projects are expected to pay particular attention to the long-term impact and sustainability of the project.
The aim of the European Year of Cultural Heritage is to raise awareness of the cultural heritage as a shared resource, to make use of the cultural heritage as a source of inspiration and to strengthen the interaction between the cultural heritage sector and other cultural and creative sectors.
