AUTA project: submit pilot proposals by 31.3. (Libraries, public sector)
The Ministry of Finance has started AUTA project, which develops new customer service model through pilots.
The focus is especially on customers, who cannot use digital services. You can submit your proposals by 31.3.2017. Only public sector agents can apply for the project funding, for example libraries.
