The final report of KUULTO project published
KUULTO was a project about developing the cultural services of municipalities. The aim was to increase the availability and accessibility of cultural services, and to promote the equality of the inhabitants of the municipalities.
Now the results of the project have been reviewed. The project took cultural services to the inhabitants of the municipalities. The project has increased participation to cultural services.
