www.catalysti.net -website has been created to share information for, between and about cross-cultural artists in the Finnish art scene.
In the section Grants you find grants open for application and eventual calls for artists in a calendar form. In the section Events cross-cultural artists or organizations cooperating with cross-cultural artists can promote their actual events of different art fields. Artfield linkbank (still under construction) offers links to information centres of different art fields in Finland. In the section Art and multiculturalism you can find links to programs and organizations dealing with themes of multiculturalism and experiences of cultural encounters both in Finland and abroad.
The site will be maintained during the years 2012-2013 as part of the activities of Regional Artist on Cultural Diversity at the Arts Council of Helsinki Metropolitan Region. Continuation after that is not assured.
