The Institute for Russia and Eastern Europe organises once again an integration forum. The forum examines cultural diversity in Finland and the art and culture visibility of the Russian-speaking minority. The forum aims to bring forward the minority´s experience and future desires: What has been learned, where it succeeded and what can we develop?
