Art Promotion Centre Finland’s (Taike) subsidies for promoting cultural diversity and accessibility of culture

Subsidies for promoting cultural diversity and combating racism (application form in English is underway)

These subsidies are intended for communities such as associations, cooperatives and companies. These subsidies are intended for legal communities only. Organisations run by municipalities and foundations may also apply. However, unregistered communities and private persons carrying on trade are not eligible for these subsidies, as they do not constitute legal entities. These subsidies are intended to support professionally fulfilled projects or operations and not recreational activities.

These subsidies are available to communities of immigrants and cultural minorities to support their cultural activities, but also to other communities to support activities that promote cultural diversity and combat racism. The deadline for the application is 31.10.2019.

Grants for promoting cultural diversity (application form in English available)

Grants for promoting multiculturalism are intended for artists and working groups. Private persons carrying on trade (private traders) may also apply. Application deadline is 14.11.2019.

Subsidies for promoting the cultural activities of disability communities and the accessibility of culture.

These subsidies are intended for communities such as associations, cooperatives and companies. Operational subsidies are intended for legal communities only. Organisations run by municipalities and foundations may also apply. However, unregistered communities and private persons carrying on trade are not eligible for these subsidies, as they do not constitute legal entities.
