Kaikukortti wonn Espoo’s Accessibility Act 2018 competition
The purpose of the Kaikukortti (Kaiku card) is to improve the equal opportunities to participate in cultural life and to do art as a hobby. Honorary mention was given to the Westendin Puisto School.
The Kaikukortti is coordinated by the nationwide Culture for All service, which, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Culture, has developed the Kaikukortti model. Espoo acted as a pilot city for the Kaikukortti in 2015. Since the beginning of 2016, Kaikukortti has been a permanent service of the city of Espoo.
